For orders under 5kg shipped domestically (Australia) you may be given a choice to sign or to have your parcel left with Authority to Leave in the checkout.
All parcels requiring a signature will be sent using Australia Post Express. If you are not home, a card will be left and you will be required to pick it up from a local Australia Post pickup point.
For parcels not requiring a signature (Authority to Leave), the parcel will be left in a safe place. In the case that the courier driver does not feel that there is a safe location to leave the parcel, the courier driver may refuse to deliver and leave a card for collection of the item at a depot or post office.
Please note: If you select the 'Authority to Leave' option Freedom LTD will not be liable for the package if it is scanned as delivered.
We will help you to try to locate where the parcel was left - Australia Post often supply a photo to us if we request it.
