I need help buying my first Freedom product

Step 1: do I need a phone case? does it come with all of your products?

If you haven't used a crossbody accessory for your phone before it is likely you'll need a specific phone case that will allow you to connect one to another. You can buy them separately here.

Alternatively you can choose one of our bundles which are the only products that will come with a phone case + a crossbody chain or strap. If this is the case, skip to step 3.

Step 2: choose your crossbody chain or strap 

Once you chose your phone case, it is time to choose a beautiful crossbody chain or strap to let your hands free and add a functional and elegant accessory to your day to day. 

Think about your daily routines and try and determine which style matches your style better. Some are more elegant and delicate, others are more casual and relaxed. 

Step 3: consider a second crossbody chain or strap for alternatives outfits and occasions 

After using your first crossbody chain or strap you'll soon realise it adds a very elegant and nice touch to any outfit and accessories you use. Despite of the fact they are all super versatile and go well with practically any outfit, you'll notice that having the option to choose a different style based on your outfit will become natural.

Step 4: what to expect after I placed my order?

We invest a lot towards the experience you will have along your journey with us, so we created our own tracking page which is automatically connected with your courier in case you need to contact them directly. 

You can expect to receive automated updates (emails and sms messages with tracking details) throughout the journey of your order until it reaches your hands (or the hands of the lucky ones you're sending our Freedom products to.
